CONDITIONS:

• Vehicles are supplied for static display purposes. Any driving to and from destinations is free of charge.
• Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements, call for details.
• Wedding vehicles are generally supplied for a minimum of 2 HOURS, wedding transfers can also be arranged, call for further details.
• Overtime/Waiting time is payable at the rate applicable to the car ordered. It is calculated by per quarter hour and will be deducted from your credit card.
• All Wedding bookings are to be finalized ONE WEEK prior to Wedding day.
• All general hire bookings are to be finalized upon arrival of destination.
• Credit card payments attract a surcharge. (Visa & MasterCard 2%, AMEX 3% & Diners 4.5%)
• Direct Deposit payments must be finalized at least 7 days prior to the booking.
• Personal cheque payments must be finalized at least 14 days prior to the booking.
• Every effort is made to provide the exact make & model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident the next best vehicle will be used.
• All vehicles are non - smoking.
• Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to enter the vehicles.
• Customers are liable for all damages to the vehicle.
• If the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty condition that requires extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the hirer is liable for the full cost of this cleaning or repair and any consequent loss of use of the vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS:

Weddings: A deposit of $200.00 per booking will be incurred on all bookings. Bookings canceled within 1 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking unless extraordinary circumstances can be shown. Vehicles canceled before this will receive no refund of deposit.

General Hire: A deposit of $200.00 per booking will be incurred on all bookings; cancellations within 14 days prior to the booking will be charged the full amount of the booking, Vehicles canceled before this will receive no refund of deposit.
